Deliveries and Returns
Minimee orders are delivered through an Australia Post registered postal service and most orders are delivered between 2 – 10 working days. Furniture items take between 2 - 8 weeks depending on the design and colour chosen. We recommend that you email us before purchasing at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have limited time and need urgently. Please note, there may be additional days during sale periods.
All items except for Furniture items will be sent via Registered Australia Post unless courier servicet. Delivery costs are kept to an absolute minimum and you can find out the exact cost of delivery in the Delivery calculator tab found on every product page. Alternatively you can email us your postcode and we can calculate the cost for you at email@example.com
PLEASE NOTE: We do not delivery to PO boxes.
WA customers: Please note, deliveries to WA are longer and usually take between 7 -14 days and for furniture items 4 – 10 weeks. If you have any questions or concerns about this delivery time period please call the store on Toll Free 1300 701 442
If you select customer pick-up, you can pick-up your item from our store :

You must select to pickup from this store through the selection in the delivery method. When your item is ready for collection, one of our friendly staff will call you to let you know. You will need to bring with you the credit card your purchased the items on and a driver's licence or birth certificate when you collect your item and then you will have to sign to confirm you have received the items ordered. If someone other than yourself is picking up this item from the store, you will need to send an email to us to authorise them to pick-up and we will conduct a security check on your credit card before that person can pick up the item (s). The person picking up the item(s) will also need to bring with them their licence or birth certificate. If these proof of ID's and/or security checks is not valid at time of collection, Minimee cannot release the item(s). This is done to ensure your purchase is secure and cannot be stolen
Whilst most of the time, parcels are sent and received within the standard delivery period, occasionally there may be unforeseen circumstances deeming it out of stock for a period of time. If this unlikely event should happen to your order, your Order Manager will contact you with a revised time for delivery period within 2 days of your purchase. You then have the choice of either cancelling your order for a full refund or waiting for your order. Large items like Furniture may take up to 2 – 10 weeks depending on the item and colour required. If you would like more information on the delivery of a product, please email us at: email@example.com
We offer an exchange or refund on online purchases for change of mind as long as the item is returned unused, in its original condition and original packaging and within 3 weeks of delivery. Refunds not applicable to strollers and furniture items, only exchange. Delivery costs apply and please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details on how to return your product. Refunds/exchanges on sale items not allowed or any custom ordered furniture.
If you have received a Minimee delivery different to that which is stated in your order, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange to get the parcel back to us and either replace with the correct product or provide you with a full refund on the total cost of your order. If you do not contact us within the 7 day period of receiving your order, you will have to make your own arrangements to return the product back to us at your own expense. If when we receive the product back to us and the product is not in its original condition, brand new in box and original packaging, we cannot provide you with an exchange or refund and you will have to make arrangements to collect your item(s).
For any warranty claims, we require you to email us a photograph and a detailed explanation of the fault/damage and how it happened so that we can then forward these details to the supplier to confirm whether or not it is a manufacturing fault. We will keep you in the loop on next steps from there but for all warranty claims, customers must provide clear details on the fault and how it came about in the first instance
Minimee takes every precaution to protect users' information. User's information is protected online by encryption and firewall software. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.
Minimee Security Checks
Minimee conduct routine security checks on selected orders. If a security check is conducted on your order you will be asked to provide the name of your financial institution and country of origin of your credit card. We will also conduct a refund of an amount between $0.01 and $10 on your order and you will be required to check your credit card statement and supply us with the exact amount that was refunded on your card - please note there may be a few days before that refund appears on your card. If you are unable to provide these three points, we will cancel the order and refund the card. This is to avoid fraudulent online activity. Alternatively, you can select either one of the two options below:
1. Provide us photo(s) that include the credit card used showing last 4 digits and expiry date, the credit card owner's drivers licence and signed with a message saying total transaction amount $xx.xx has been approved
2. We can charge an amount between 0.01 - $10 onto your credit card (will appear on your account immediately) and you can send us an email confirming the amount charged. We will then refund the security check amount back onto your credit card.
Minimee have had to impose these Security Checks due to the increase in online fraudulent activity and we thank you for your understanding. We wish the world was full of honest people !
